  • Marketing Plan - Take all steps mentioned in the Sole Mandate commitment and commence the marketing plan to attract buyers to your property.
  • Viewings - Screen prospective buyers which will view the property through show days or set appointments.
  • Offer and Negotiation - We will present all offers and assist in negotiating the best selling price and terms.
  • Contracts - We will work with you and the conveyancing lawyers to assist in making the process run as smoothly as possible.
  • Property Transfer - Working together to see the registration and key handover runs smoothly
